Health Insurance Broker Portal
About the project
A Health Care Company approached Hitachi Solutions NA about updating their system that Brokers use to manage their groups and the members for each group. Previous work with Hitachi led to the creation of a design system that needed to be expanded upon for the Broker Portal project.

Business Goals
Due to intensive development efforts and limited budget, designs needed to be low to mid-fidelity with a focus on workflows and less on UI.
Allow Brokers, Broker Admins, and Health Business Administrators to manage their groups and the members within those groups.
Expand on existing design systems created by previous designers.
